ACCOUNT FAQ'S
Q: I have forgot my password to my RuneTraxx account, what do I do? A: Follow this link or click on 'password' below login on the RuneTraxx homepage.
Then enter your RuneTraxx username and email you signed up with and click 'recover password'.
Q: I did not recieve my account activation email, how do I activate my account? A: Follow this link or click on 'activation below login on the RuneTraxx homepage.
Then enter your RuneTraxx username and password and click 'resend'.
Q: Somebody else seems to have already created a RuneTraxx account tracking my runescape character and I do not have access? A: Please post a thread on the forums here with the title 'Stolen Account', a RuneTraxx staff member will then ask you to follow a routine of instructions in order to validate that you are the true runescape account owner.
Q: On my account I would like to change my: email address/password/country? A: When logged into your RuneTraxx account click on 'Change Settings' situated on the right-hand side of the homepage.
Make any changed then once finished click the 'Change settings' button.
GENERAL FAQ's
Q: RuneTraxx hasn't updated my experience gained! Whats going on? A: There are a number of issues this could be, they are as follows:
- You have just registered to runetraxx and it takes 2 days to begin tracking
- There has been a server or script issue with RuneTraxx and it was unable to retrieve the highscores off runescape
- Runescape has altered something on their end and runetraxx may have to be altered
If your account hasn't been tracked then please just be patient, we are probably aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
If it appears to be just yourself with the issue then make a post on the RuneTraxx forums.
Q: How do I add a signature to appear on the bottom of my posts on the RuneTraxx forums? A: When logged into your RuneTraxx account click on 'Change Settings' situated on the right-hand side of the homepage.
Type what you want to appear on your signature in the box and click 'Change settings'.
Q: How do I add a catagory under a skill in the 'Exp per hour' section of the website? A: Go to the skill which you want to add the catagory to and at the bottom of the section type a suitable name for the category and press 'submit'.
The category will then be checked and reviewed processed by RuneTraxx Staff as soon as possible.
Q: How do I add my experience to a catagory under a skill in the 'Exp per hour' section of the website? A: Go to the catagory you wish to add the exp/h, type the skill level at which you can obtain this experience and also the experience per hour.
Q: I think that an exp/h entry is incorrect/correct how do I rate it? A: If you think that the entry is accurate then click on the thumbs up once. If you think the entry is inaccurate then click the thumbs down.
The entrys with least votes will be deleted.
Q: I have seen a harmful or offensive advertisment, what do I do? A: Please refer to here and post as much information as you can provide.
Q: What time does RuneTraxx update? A: Below are the update times in a few different time zones:
GMT+0 (UK) = 11:00 pm
GMT+1 (NL) = 12:00 am
You get the point, find out what GMT you are via going here and adding or taking hours away from the ones above.
